Space for the 2025 Golden Regiment Invitational Marching Festival is limited.  Completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.  Acceptance into the festival is prioritized by:

• Those bands that attended in the previous year are accepted with an on-time registration form and payment of fees.

• Bands that did not attend in the previous year are accepted based on the order in which the registration is completed and evaluated on competitive history and classification openings available at that time.

Confirmation of acceptance into the competition will be sent in early May for the bands that have been registered and accepted into the festival.

Cancellation Policy

​In the event of a cancellation, bands will be provided a 100% refund on their registration fees up to three weeks before the event.  After that, if the event is cancelled due to weather issues, the registration fees will not be refunded (due to the already incurred expenses for adjudicator travel).

In the event of a weather-related cancellation, the Golden Regiment Invitational staff will do its best to create an educational performance experience indoors.  Spectator participation may be more limited based on space.  And the critique and performance style may have to be modified to accommodate an indoor gym floor presentation.
